Vaccibuddy.com aims to provide fair and transparent refund procedures.
1. Appointment Cancellation
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
2. Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may not qualify for a refund because clinical resources have already been allocated.
3. Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend without notice ("No Show"), charges may apply and refunds are generally not available.
4. Vaccine Orders
Certain travel vaccines are ordered specifically for individual patients. Once vaccines have been ordered or prepared, refunds cannot normally be provided unless required by law.
5. Ear Wax Removal
Refunds may be considered if treatment cannot proceed due to clinical reasons determined by our healthcare professional.
6. Clinical Decisions
If our pharmacist determines that treatment is unsuitable for medical reasons before administration, we may offer:
- Full refund
- Partial refund
- Alternative treatment
- Rescheduled appointment
This will depend on whether medicines or vaccines have already been prepared or supplied.
7. Payment Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
